I am feeling very irritated. There’s so many things bothering me because your word I have not meditated. For you said God that whatsoever things are lovely, honest, and pure, to think on these things. So help me Lord to have thoughts of praise that I may have peace of mind no matter what life brings. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN!

Dear Heavenly Father,

So Father help me to forgive them and help them to make conclusions being led by your Spirit and not based on sight. And forgive me as well Lord for all the times I may have misjudged someone. Continue to lead us all into being made more and more into the perfect image of Christ, your begotten Son. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. But God I know that if I know anything it is because I received the knowledge from you. For the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge and it doesn’t come from the things I do. So dear Lord help me to remain humble. And help me not think that I know everything so that I do not stumble. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; And hid that shall not be known.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am being lied on for having done something I did not do. Everything being spoken of me is lies and is just not true. Dear Heavenly Father,

My life is consumed with so much pain. It hurts so bad and I’m wondering if this feeling will always remain. But I read in your word how there will come a day when you will wipe away every tear from every eye. And there shall be no more death, no more pain, and no more sorrow or reason left to cry. Thank you Lord God that soon the former things shall be passed away. I am encouraged to know that the pain I feel now will not always be here to stay. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. THE PAIN

To feel persecuted is to feel that someone is pursuing you in a manner to injure, grieve, or afflict.

THE PROMISE

Matthew 5:11-12 – “Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.”

Matthew 5:44-45 – ”But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

Deliver me from the hands of those that persecute me. For they persecute my soul to no end wrongfully. Oh Lord, how I await for you to execute righteous judgment on the wicked and destroy the all works of evil in your anger. For you Lord alone are my refuge from the snares of the enemy and present lurking danger. But Father I read in your word how I am to love my enemies and pray for those that persecute me. So Father I pray that you may have mercy on their soul and forgive their sins done ignorantly. For they know not what they do, therefore lead them in the paths of light and out of darkness. For though my soul is cast down, I will rejoice and be exceedingly glad , knowing that you said when I am persecuted, I am blessed. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

Psalms 72:12-13 – “For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper. He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

Why is it that I find myself being poor and having much need. Meanwhile others keep obtaining more and become rich filled with greed. Oh Father, what is it that I have done that have caused me to live a life of poverty? Yet may you grant me what is needful for me, that I may not be tempted to steal and rob, but live in purity. My life feels cursed, but I know it is not, for you said those that be poor as I am are blessed, for ours is the kingdom. So Father teach me how to not deal with a slack hand but with the hand of diligence, that I may obtain the richness of dominion. For surely you will deliver me and save my soul. For you are the King of kings, and Lord of lords, and all of Earth’s resources are in your control. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

THE PROMISE

1 Peter 5:5 – “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

My heart has been lifted up within me. But now I pray that I may be clothed with humility. Father, I confess that often times I look down on others and think of myself more highly. But now that I realize this is an abomination in your eyes, I ask that you teach me how to think more soberly. Oh Lord please forgive me of my sin, for this excessive pride has kept me away from you. For you said in your word that you resist the proud, but giveth grace to the humble. Have mercy on my soul and may this prayer attend to thine ear. Bring me low oh Lord, that I may dwell again in your presence and have you near. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

THE PROMISE

Colossians 3:13 – “Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I have a quarrel against my neighbor and I strongly feel the need to argue my case. They have done me so wrong and there is no defense that they have with a solid base. I have suffered much loss as a result and they are without excuse. Yet they deny all of my claims and yet maintain their innocence as if they are the ones being accused. So therefore righteous Father I plead my cause to you. May you execute the judgement that you deem proper and true. And Father please grace my heart to forgive them just as you have forgiven me. And may no grudge come into my heart for all that I have suffered at their hands wrongfully. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

Acts 14:22 – “Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that I have reached a point of wanting to give up. Quitting seems to be my only option because no matter how hard I try, it seems never enough. But Father I pray that you may give me the strength to not quit, but rather to continue. Help me to understand that in order to enter the kingdom of God, tribulation I must go through. May I always be encouraged by your Spirit to fight the good fight of faith no matter how hard it gets. For this is how I lay hold of eternal life whereunto I am called, which is why I must never quit! Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN!

Luke 6:22-23 – “Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel completely rejected by those most closest to me. It seems I am no longer accepted as times before but have been intentionally removed from their company. Father if I am honest, this breaks my heart so much to know that I am hated by those who I love. But I am reminded of your word which encourages me to rejoice when I am rejected for great is my reward in heaven above. But oh how I do miss them Father and now I feel insecure wondering is it me? Did I do something wrong? But you have comforted my heart in knowing that this is done to me for your sake, and I know in time you’ll bring me new family, friends, and fellowship where I truly belong. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

THE PAIN

To feel restless is to feel uneasy and unable to rest due to lack of peace of mind.

THE PROMISE

Matthew 11:28 – “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

My mind seems unable to find rest or be at ease. There are so many matters that consume my mind, and it seems to never cease. But I read in your word, that whenever I am heavy laden, You said for me to come unto you. And that you would give me rest for all the labour I’ve gone through. So Father, I pray that I may experience this promise on my life at this present moment, today. So that I may find rest for my soul and a peace of mind, this I pray. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN!

THE PAIN

To feel reviled is to feel that you are being attacked verbally with abusive language or harsh criticism.

THE PROMISE

1 Corinthians 4:12 – “And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it:”

1 Peter 2:23 – “Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

Offenders have come, and they have reviled my name. They have pronounced words of death over my life and have put me to an open shame. My prayer is that I may be led of your Holy Spirit and not of my flesh. That I may respond through a spirit of meekness, so when being reviled I bless. For Christ demonstrated the perfect example, for when he was reviled, reviled not again. But committed himself to you who judgeth righteously and who would defend. I pray that I may follow after this example rather than to retaliate and thereby cause your Holy Word to be trampled. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel righteous is to feel that you are perfectly in the right or justified of being guilty of nothing, having done no wrong and having done no sin.

THE PROMISE

Job 9:20 – “If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.”

1 John 1:8 – “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”

Mark 2:17 – “When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that I am righteous deep down in my heart. And at times it causes me to despise others who appear in this life to not be doing their part. I cannot understand how I am the one in the wrong. Yet they sin continuously and are accepted as if they belong. But your word tells me that if I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me. And if I say that I have no sin, I become as one deceived. For you have come to call not the righteous but the sinners to repentance. And you desire mercy over sacrifice, which is how sinners find the Kingdom entrance. Father please forgive me for placing myself in a category that only you have the right to be in. I acknowledge that I have been unrighteous and ask that you please forgive me of this sin. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PROMISE

James 5:14-15 – “Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel sick to the point of death and my body is severely ill. I am trying to believe in your healing power over this drugstore pill. Please deliver me from this ailment that I find myself in. And please send some elders of the church to lay hands and pray over me that my sin may be forgiven. For your word says that I shall be saved by the prayer of faith so Father help me to truly believe. And I command by faith that this sickness depart from my body so that healing I can receive. For you righteous Father change not, but are the same yesterday, today and forever, and I have heard of how you healed many long ago. So please dear Lord allow this healing power to have it’s work in me, that I may manifest a miracle for all the world to know. For there is nothing too hard for you to do. Therefore if you heal my body, I promise to turn away from sin and use it entirely for you. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel sinful is to feel full of sin or wrongdoing against God; To feel in violation of God’s law; to feel evil and not morally good.

Romans 6:23 – “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

1 Timothy 1:14-15 – “And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that iniquity is in my heart and that my way of life is shown to be very sinful. My conduct, my speech, and my thinking is all contrary of you, because your ways I have not been mindful. But I know that the path I am currently on will ultimately lead to death which is a result of the wages of sin. But the gift of God is eternal life, which through Jesus Christ was freely given. Help me to believe that though I have a sinful nature, I still have a chance of receiving this gift, seeing how I am unworthy of such. But I am made known of how while we were yet sinners, Jesus died for all of us, including me because he loved us ever so much. How beautiful his love for me is and by reason of this love I now have the desire to change my sinful ways. Please forgive me of all unrighteousness and cleanse my heart from all iniquity, this I pray. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

Matthew 26:38-39 – “Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

My soul is exceeding sorrowful even unto death. I am consumed with sadness and it seems that in this life I have nothing left. So Father I pray the prayer of Christ, that as far as it be possible, to let this cup pass from me. For I don’t know how much longer I can take of feeling so unhappy. Nevertheless not my will, but your will be done. For I know that in this world I will have sorrow, but my sorrow shall turn to joy because the enemy is already defeated and the victory is already won. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel suicidal is to feel like wanting to end your life because you feel as though life is no longer worth living. To feel like giving up on life or escaping your problems by killing yourself.

THE PROMISE

Job 7:15-16 – “So that my soul chooseth strangling, and death rather than my life. I loathe it; I would not live alway: let me alone; for my days are vanity.”

Hebrews 12:1-3 – “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I must confess that it is my life that I despise. And everyday I wish could be the last day that I open my eyes. For I have anguish of heart and bitterness of soul. To the point where I loathe my life and have thoughts of ending it as a whole. But I read in your word how Jesus for the joy that was set before him was able to endure his own death on the Cross. So Father I pray also that this joy may be known unto me so that I won’t desire to end my life and cause for it to be eternally loss. Teach me how to lay aside my sin and run with patience the race set before me. And grant me mercy and grace to endure this season of suffering which is not permanent but only temporary. I repent Lord, for truly it is not my life that I want to end but rather it is my pain. So help me not to listen to the voice of the enemy, but rather the voice of truth that says to patiently wait on you to fulfill the promise of restoring us back to a life of no sorrow or suffering one again. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel tempted is to feel a strong desire to have something that you are not supposed to have or a strong desire to do something that you are not supposed to do.

THE PROMISE

Mark 14:38 – “Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.”

1 Corinthians 10:13 – “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

James 1:12-15 – “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am feeling tempted in the flesh to do something I ought not to do. I feel that I am soon to be overtaken by my lust of indulging in this sinful pleasure, but I desire more to not sin against you. But Father I know that you are faithful and would never allow man to be tempted beyond what we are able to bear. That means that I do have the power to refrain myself by taking the way of escape for me you have already prepared. For I know that it is not a sin to feel tempted, but only becomes sin when I am drawn away by my own lust and enticed to give in and yield. So Father I pray that I am not led into temptation but delivered from evil, for your words of life is my protection and shield. Help me to continue to watch and pray, for my spirit truly is willing but my flesh is weak. For I desire to lay hold of the crown of life, which is a blessing for those who endure temptation and what my heart truly seeks. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

1 Peter 1:7 – “That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel as though my faith is being tried. As if everything I have ever said that I believe is now exposed and there is no where left for me to hide. Tribulation seems to have taken hold of me as labor pains. But Father I know that you have told me in your word to endure until the end, for the trying of my faith is of great gain. For I am encouraged knowing that these things you have already spoken to me and warned me of that in you I may have peace. Because you have already overcome the world, and so therefore this time of tribulation will not last forever but shortly cease. Thank you for leaving me great comfort in promising me that I should be of good cheer. And that if I endure, I may be found unto praise and honor and glory at the time when our Savior Jesus Christ appears. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel troubled is to feel that you are in a very bad situation and not really sure what to do. To feel that you are having a problem, a conflict, or difficulty of a situation.

THE PROMISE

John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

John 12:25-27 – “He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.”

Psalms 27:5 – “For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.”

Psalms 138:7 – “Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that I am in a time of trouble and I am plagued with much uncertainty. For there is no help in sight and I pray that you may deliver me. For you promised in your word that though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou will revive me. For in the time of trouble you promised to hide me in your pavilion safely. And Father I am so thankful that this is the peace you give unto me, and not the peace that the world gives. For you told me to let my heart not be troubled, neither let it be afraid but to find comfort knowing that for eternity with you I live. Surely my soul is troubled, but just as Christ prayed, if this is the hour I came here for so let it be. For I know that if I hate my life in this world, I may gain true life with you for all eternity. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel ugly is to feel that you are not lovely to look at, having no beauty, and not attractive.

THE PROMISE

1 Samuel 16:7 – “But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.”

Psalms 139:14, 17-18 – “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” | “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.”

Philippians 4:8 – “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thoughts float around in mind that I am ugly and that my image is unappealing. I don’t measure up to the beauty standards of the world and this affects everyday my overall mood and feelings. Father I pray that you may give me eyes to see. The features you designed for me to have which is my own form of beauty. For I know that by you I am fearfully and wonderfully made. And you make no mistakes so there is nothing about myself I should compare to another or want to trade. Lord I am so thankful that you seeth not as man seeth, for man looks to the outward appearance but you look at the heart. How precious are thy thoughts towards me O God! For you looked at your creation including me and said it is good, from the very start. So Father I pray that you may help me to guard my heart and mind from thinking negatively about the way that I look. For whatsoever things are true, honest, just, lovely, pure and of good report, I am to think on which are the words written in your book. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel unbelief is to feel faithless and to feel that you don’t trust or accept as true without absolute certainty.

THE PROMISE

Mark 9:23-24 – “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.”

Revelations 21:7-8 – “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

Most days I am full of unbelief over things that I have heard. I have many questions that I need answered with absolute certainty in order for me to fully believe your word. I have some days when I feel like I believe. While other days I am challenged with ideas that are hard to perceive. So right now I stand just as the Father of the child mentioned in your word who cried with tears saying Lord I believe but help thou mine unbelief. For your word says that all things are possible to them that believeth, as a promise of relief. So this I pray that I may be among those that overcome and who by faith inherit all things. For I do not wish to suffer having part in the lake of fire and brimstone which is the fate for all those that remain in a state of unbelieving. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel unforgiven is to feel not forgiven or that the wrongs you have done are still remembered and not removed through the acknowledgement of faults.

THE PROMISE

Psalms 32:1-2 – “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.”

1 John 3:20 – “For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.”

Ephesians 1:7 – “In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that the wrongs I have done are too many and that I could never be forgiven. How could you ever accept me when I’ve done things declared in your word as forbidden. But I know that because Christ has come to be the sacrifice for our sins that I have the right through his blood to obtain forgiveness. For the man unto whom the Lord imputes no iniquity, and whose sin is covered is one truly blessed. Thank you Father for reminding me that forgiveness is not something to be obtained through any amount of works done. But rather according to the riches of His grace made freely available to everyone. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel unloved is to feel not loved or to feel uncared for and that no one cares about your existence.

THE PROMISE

John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

1 John 3:16 – “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.”

John 15:13 – “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

Romans 8:38-39 – “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel unloved and like no one truly cares about me. It feels like I have been discarded and refused without any sign of sympathy. My life feels void of true love and affection. Where I feel as though I have made no genuine connections. I don’t even know what love is anymore. Because how can I know something I have never experienced before. But I read in your word that no greater love hath a man than this, that he will lay down his life for his friend. And so hereby we can perceive the love of God, because he laid down his life for all brethren. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish. But rather that we should have everlasting life which is a priceless gift that I cherish. Now I know that this is love for love is you. And nothing shall be able to separate us from the love of God which means I’ll always have your love no matter what I am going through. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel unsubmissive is to feel unwilling to yield or give way to another. To resist being subject to another.

THE PROMISE

Romans 13:1-2 & 5 – “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.”

“Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.”

John 19:11 – “Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I do not like this feeling that I have to be under the power of another. Therefore I am unsubmissive to their authority altogether. What gives them the right to be over me? I feel like a slave being subject to them, rather than feeling I am free. But Father I read in your word that I must needs be subject to them, because from you they are ordained. For there is no power but of God which means it is not to do me evil but instead for my gain. For I know that they could have no power at all against me except it were given them from above. So Father I repent, and ask that you help me to no longer be unsubmissive resisting the ordinance of God to whom receive damnation, but rather to submit to your governing love. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel unworthy is to feel worthless, not deserving of something of value. To feel not suitable or fit for use; to feel that you have nothing to be admired.

THE PROMISE

Matthew 10:37-38 – “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.”

Luke 21:36 – “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel so undeserving of your love for me. How can I be a servant of yours when I am so unworthy. Surely I am not fit to be used by you. What do I have to offer worth any value? But my eyes do not see as they ought to see. For you alone determine what is deemed unworthy. For you have said that if I love Father, mother, son or daughter, even my own life more than you, I am not worthy. For there is no relationship in my life that should be more important than my relationship with you not even my own family. And you have said that if I do not take up my cross and follow after you I am not worthy. For there should be nothing I am not willing to suffer for the one who died on the Cross for me. So therefore Father I pray that I may be accounted worthy and to stand before the Son of Man. I pray to have a pure heart willing to obey your word in every way that I can. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel vain is to feel that something is pointless, or has no real importance or having no purpose; to feel an emptiness inside.

To feel an admiration of one’s own abilities, appearance or achievements.

THE PROMISE

Philippians 2:21 – “For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s.”

1 Corinthians 15:58 – “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

1 Corinthians 10:33 – “Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that my works have been done in vain and will not profit. For I have sought after my own and not the things which are of Christ and of true merit. But Father I desire now to abound in the work of the Lord forasmuch as I know that this kind of labor is not in vain. I pray that I may be steadfast and unmovable in work that will profit many that they may be saved rather than work for my own gain. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel vengeful is to feel that you want to seek revenge for a wrong done or to seek retaliation for harmful action.

THE PROMISE

Romans 12:17-21 – “Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am feeling vengeful and I can not tolerate what has been done to me. I feel like I need to take matters into my own hands and get pay back from everybody. But Father I read how you said recompense no man evil for evil but to provide things honest in the sight of all men. For it is written for us not to avenge ourselves, for vengeance is yours and you will be the one to repay all of them. So Father I pray that you may help me to not be overcome of evil, but rather to overcome evil with good. For I trust that you are a loving Father, one that will rightfully handle the situation as you should. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel vexed is to feel that you are being aggressively troubled mentally; to feel distressed or agitated, irritated and annoyed.

THE PROMISE

Luke 6:18-19 – “And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed. And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.”

2 Peter 2:7-9 – “And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

Help me O Lord, for my soul is sore vexed. I long to be eased of this burden that has my mind perplexed. But I have heard that those of old were healed just by a touch from you. For they were delivered of the unclean spirits that vexed them by receiving your virtue. Father I pray by faith that I may be able to experience the same. For I believe that all spirits and principalities must be subject to your name. And I am confident that you know just how to deliver those who are righteous in your eyes. Just as you delivered righteous Lot from being vexed continually by wicked works of which he despised. For no unclean spirits can dwell in the presence of the Holy Spirit which lives inside me. For my body is the temple of the living God therefore I command any spirit of vexation to leave entirely. According to your will, let it be done unto me. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel that you are not whole, entire or complete due to the fault of someone else.

THE PROMISE

John 5:4-8 – “For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.”

John 10:10 – “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel victimized by the state of the condition I’m in. I don’t feel that I am actually living my life but instead it feels like I’m in prison. Father, I’ve been in this predicament for ever so long. And I’m growing weak from trying to hold onto hope not understanding what I did wrong. So please tell me Father, what is the answer and what is the cure? Because I desperately want to be made whole, and that I know for sure. According to your word, faith is all that I need. For I can move mountains having just faith the size of a mustard seed. So by faith I receive the virtue of healing that flows from you that I am made whole and entire. For you came that I may have life and have it more abundantly which is what I desire. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel violent is to feel that you are a danger to your self and to others. To feel the intention of causing pain and suffering to another.

THE PROMISE

Psalms 11:5-7 – “The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup. For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.”

Ezekiel 18:21-23 – “But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I must confess that I have a tendency of becoming violent and taking things by force. My aggressive behavior comes from me going after things to fill a void rather than me just going after the source. But I confess this now to you because all my evil ways and all my wicked works I desire to give up. For I know that because of what I’ve done I deserve as my judgement fire and brimstone as the portion of my cup. But now righteous Father I pray that you may have mercy on me. And forgive me of my blood stained hands that have wrought violent iniquity. For I know that you have said in your word how you take no pleasure at all that the wicked should die but rather that he should turn from His evil ways and live. So as one who was wicked, I vow to keep all of your statues and do that which is lawful and right and turn from all my sins, if my transgressions you will forgive. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN!

THE PAIN

To feel want is to feel that you strongly desire to have something.

THE PROMISE

Psalms 23:1 – “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.”

Philippians 4:11 – “Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.”

Psalms 37:4 – “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am feeling in need of want and it is causing me to feel deeply unsatisfied. I desire to have but yet I don’t, despite how hard I’ve tried. But I know how it is written that the Lord is my Shepherd and I shall not want for any good thing. For I know that as a sheep of your flock anything I have need of you will bring. That all I have to do is choose to delight myself in the Lord and you shall give me the desires of my heart. For in doing so I would no longer speak in respect of want, for I would have learned in whatsoever state I am, there with to be content from the start. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel weak is to feel that you are lacking in abilities or lacking in strength. To feel that you are unable to carry a heavy weight or burden.

THE PROMISE

2 Corinthians 12:9 – “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

2 Corinthians 13:4 – “For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am feeling extremely weak in my life, down to my very core. It feels as though I am powerless and as if I don’t have strength to do anything anymore. I hate this feeling of weakness, as if I’m always at the bottom and someone else has the upper hand. But yet I will follow the example of Christ, who was crucified through weakness, which shows that weakness was all along apart of your plan. For your strength is made perfect in weakness and your grace is sufficient completely. Therefore, more gladly will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Because I have been conformed to his image, I know that I am made weak through him in this life currently. But there’s coming a day, I shall no longer be made weak, for I shall live with him by the power of God towards me. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel weary is to feel that your strength is exhausted from toil. To feel tiredness in being patient or waiting.

THE PROMISE

Galatians 6:9 – “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Isaiah 40:31 – “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

THE PROMISE

Dear Heavenly Father,

I have grown weary in waiting for the promises to come. Though my soul had much eagerness of expectation, is now tiresome. But my hope lies in knowing that we who wait upon the Lord shall have our strength renewed. And we shall mount up with wings as eagles that flew. We shall be able to run and not grow weary. And we shall be able to walk and not faint truly. This is the promise that we wait for. And behold it is near even at the door. So Father help us to not be weary in well doing, for we shall reap all those things if we faint not. Give us the strength to continue to patiently endure until the end, resisting the urge to give up, for this is the last chance we got. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel weeping is to feel emotional to the point of crying and shedding tears. To express sadness.

THE PROMISE

Psalms 30:5 – “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

Luke 6:21 – “Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel a deep sadness in my heart and my eyes are sore from weeping. This sadness inside never seems to go away from all the painful memories I’ve been keeping. But I pray for you to fill me with the comfort of knowing that those of us who weep now are blessed. For there is coming a time where we shall laugh instead of be distressed. For it is written how weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Because we know that true joy does not come from anything that we have, but in the priceless gift of our Savior returning. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel worldly is to feel like you are in love with the things of the world rather the things of God. To feel more concerned with earthly things over spiritual things.

THE PROMISE

1 John 2:15-17 – “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am in love with pursuing the things of this world, to maintain my standard of living. Every thought of mine is consumed with matters pertaining to this life rather than the Blessed Hope of Christ appearing. But I am cautioned in your word to love not the world, neither the things that are in the world, for if I do the love of the Father dwells not in me. Therefore, Help me O God, for I seem to have fallen away from seeking after heavenly things to pursuing things that are worldly. Give me eyes to see that pursuing after these things are ultimately in vain. For it is written how all that is in the world, is not of you but is of the world and will not always remain. And all the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, with the world will all pass away. But he that doeth the will of God abideth forever, because he sought after eternal life, rather than go with the world astray. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel worried is to feel overwhelmed with uncertainty or doubt. To feel great concern, or nervousness, about something. To continually think on.

THE PROMISE

Matthew 6:34 – “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”

Matthew 10:28 – “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am feeling extremely worried about how the future might unfold. So much so, that I am gripped with a nervousness of mind as a stronghold. But I have read in your word where it says for me to take no thought for the morrow. For everything I have need of for that day will sufficiently follow. So Father deliver me from the spirit of fear that I may no longer worry about things outside of my control. But rather help me to surrender each day to you knowing that you alone have power over my body and soul. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel wounded is to feel injured or hurt due to being cut or pierced in the natural or emotionally.

THE PROMISE

Isaiah 53:5 – “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Psalms 38:5 – “My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.”

Psalms 147:3 – “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”

Luke 2:35 – “(Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”

Hebrews 4:12 – “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

My heart is wounded within me. I am cut at the heart in knowing the fullness of my iniquity. My wounds feel incurable, because the wrongs that I’ve done are ever before me. How could the pain of this injury end, when the guilt of my sin is the sum total of all my memory? It is because of our transgressions Christ was wounded, and it is because of our iniquities He was bruised. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him, because when He came into the world, His message we refused. Therefore do my wounds stink and are corrupt because of my own foolishness. But in your mercy you heal those broken in heart and bind up our wounds through offering forgiveness. I am so thankful for your Holy Word, which is as a two edged sword piercing through my soul that the thoughts of my heart may be revealed. And Lord I will forever thank you for enduring the cross and bearing stripes on your innocent body for me and everybody, so that we can all be healed. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel yearnful is to feel filled with yearn or a deep longing for something or someone. To feel a deep sadness from desiring things that haven’t come yet

THE PROMISE

Genesis 43:30 – “And Joseph made haste; for his bowels did yearn upon his brother: and he sought where to weep; and he entered into his chamber, and wept there.”

1 Kings 3:26 – “Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.”

Philippians 1:8-11 – “For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ. And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father

I am filled with a deep yearning for that glorious day. I yearn for the day when the former things will have passed away. Oh how I long for that day when you will wipe every tear from every eye. The day when all pain and suffering will finally cease and all the works of evil will have permanently died. The day when we can be reunited with those who we loss but had faith in you in their hearts. The day when we will be in the presence of our Savior and King for all eternity and never have to depart. Father this is what I yearn for the most, when everything will be made perfect and right. When finally there’s no more darkness in the world or in the hearts of men, but only your abiding light. And this I pray, that my love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgement. That until the Day of Christ, I may be sincere and without offence and approve things that are excellent. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel yoked is to feel that you are joined with to carry a burden. To be connected or linked with in a relationship

THE PROMISE

2 Corinthians 6:14 – “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”

Matthew 11:29  – “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

Galatians 5:1 – “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that I am yoked with burdens that are much too heavy. It feels like in this life I am forever in bondage to the enemy. So Father I pray that you may release me from the yoke of my transgressions. That I may no longer be a slave in bondage to oppression. I pray to be able to stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free. So that I may not be again entangled with the yoke of bondage entirely. And Father I pray to no longer be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, that I may not have fellowship with darkness. But rather that I would take your yoke upon me, and learn of you, for then will I have fellowship with true righteousness. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel zeal-less is to feel without zeal; To feel that you are lacking in passion or fervent devotion for something.

THE PROMISE

Revelations 3:19 – “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.”

Titus 2:13-14 – “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel as though my zeal is gone and that I am losing my passion for the work I am called to do. I have somewhere along the way become lazy in my efforts, loss interest, and overall distracted by things other than you. So Father I sincerely repent knowing that as many as you rebuke and chasten, you love. And I will return to being zealous of good works, looking for that blessed hope and that glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ above. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.

THE PAIN

To feel zero peace is to feel that all your peace is gone and there is no form of calming. To feel no where safe and free from war or violence.

THE PROMISE

Isaiah 26:3-4 – “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.”

2 Corinthians 13:11 – “Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.”

THE PRAYER

Dear Heavenly Father,

I feel that I am void of security, having absolutely zero peace. For it feels as though there is no where my soul can go where violence has not increased. But I know that your word says that you will keep us in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee because we trust in thee. So Father I take good comfort in knowing that it’s not a place of peace in this world I must find, but rather that the God of love and peace shall forever dwell and be with me. Thank you for your promises, that they are true. Thank you for mending my heart back brand new.

In Jesus Name, AMEN.
